Job summary

Perry Homes is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support field warranty operations and be the primary contact for homeowners, Project Managers, VPs of Construction, Vendors, Trades, and other stakeholders.

This role uses trackers, spreadsheets, reports, and company databases to verify information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience, under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the building industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with dissatisfied customers to de-escalate and drive resolution.
• Respond by phone or email to inquiries, problem solve, and ensure satisfaction for internal and external customers.
• Assist homeowners and construction personnel in resolving warranty service issues.
• Review and resolve invoice discrepancies with Construction.
• Provide timely status updates to homeowners, field personnel, and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison between homeowners and construction on warranty process administration.
• Handle purchase orders and invoice reconciliation for payment.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate information.
