Rehlko is seeking a Warranty Administrator to drive warranty recoveries, ensure OEM compliance, and process claims efficiently. The role starts onsite at our Crown Point, Indiana office, with potential for hybrid work as needed.

You will serve as the primary contact between customers, field teams, manufacturers, and internal departments. Responsibilities include managing claims, coordinating inspections, maintaining records, and generating performance reports.

Formación

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Technical Studies, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of warranty administration, service administration, technical support, or related role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Warranty Administration: manage complete warranty claim process for generator set and balance-of-plant equipment; review reports and data; open, track, update, and close cases.
• Service Coordination: assist in scheduling inspections and warranty-related service visits; track obligations on new installations.
• Customer and OEM Communication: main point of contact for warranty inquiries; communicate status and actions to stakeholders.
• Reporting and Documentation: generate weekly/monthly warranty performance reports; maintain documentation and records.
• Compliance and Continuous Improvement: ensure processes meet guidelines; identify trends and drive improvements.
