Altorfer Power Systems seeks a Warranty Analyst to manage warranty claims from identification through settlement, coordinating with Service, Sales, Packaging, Data Center, and Parts to recover eligible costs. You will ensure documentation, enrollments, and training support, while interpreting technician findings to validate claims across engines, generators, and related components.

Normalized responsibilities include monitoring claim statuses, deadlines, and escalating disputes when needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred. Preferred areas of study include automotive/diesel technology, digital, data analytics, business administration, electronics, engineering, computer technology, or a related field, with 3-5 years of applicable work experience desired.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills across multiple systems and functions.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills for professional business communication.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage warranty claims to deliver service while maximizing recovery and minimizing expense.
• Collaborate with service, sales, packaging, and data center teams to identify warranty-eligible repairs and recoverable costs.
• Process warranty claims, enrollments, and warranty system administration, including ESC quoting.
• Maintain warranty procedure documentation and ensure requirements are communicated and followed.
• Review technician findings and repair data to validate eligibility and document supporting justification.
