Job summary

Rehlko is seeking an Engineering Technician – Warranty to analyze generator warranty claims, troubleshoot failures, and provide insights to improve reliability. You will work with engineering, QA, and customer service to diagnose issues and drive corrective actions.

The role requires generator system knowledge, electrical/mechanical expertise, and data-analysis skills to support warranty management and field issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of engine/generator troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using multimeters and basic gauges.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze warranty claims for generators following policy.
• Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot returned units.
• Document findings with detailed reports on failures and parts.
• Collaborate with engineering to suggest design/process improvements.
• Keep accurate warranty data records and track failure trends.
• Support warranty forecasting and cost management.
