Jenkins Plumbing is seeking a dependable Warranty/Service Technician to join our growing team in Lakeland, FL. You will perform warranty and service calls for residential plumbing systems, diagnose and repair issues, and ensure work meets code and company standards.

Applicants should have residential plumbing experience, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. You will document work, interact with homeowners professionally, and uphold safety policies on

Qualifications

• Previous residential plumbing experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and local plumbing codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform warranty and service calls for residential plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect plumbing installations to ensure they meet company standards and applicable codes.
• Complete repairs related to fixtures, water heaters, drain systems, water lines, and other plumbing components.
• Clearly explain repairs and recommendations to homeowners in a professional manner.
• Document service calls, repairs performed, and materials used.
• Maintain an organized service vehicle and company equipment.
• Work closely with the construction and warranty teams to resolve homeowner concerns promptly.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Represent Jenkins Plumbing with professionalism and excellent customer service at every job site.
