Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for warranty, parts, and service requests.
• Investigate issues and develop resolution plans.
• Enter and manage warranty cases in Dynamics Case Management.
• Create and track service and work orders in Dynamics and ERP.
• Provide quotes, pricing, ordering assistance, and shipping coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to resolve cases.
• Support Warranty Coordinators in implementing customer solutions.
• Schedule field service trips and follow up with customers.
