Lift Power, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support warranty claims processing and service billing. This role emphasizes accuracy in documenting resolutions, organizing warranty parts for returns, and assisting the billing team with maintenance invoicing.
You will maintain equipment records and support multiple billing tasks to help ensure timely payments and efficient operations. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
Provide professional, timely, and responsive support to customers regarding warranty claims while effectively managing multiple priorities and responsibilities. Process Service and Full Maintenance invoices accurately and efficiently, assist with Service billing as needed, and maintain accurate and up-to-date Full Maintenance equipment records.
