Lift Power is seeking a detail-oriented Billing/Warranty Clerk to provide professional warranty support and timely processing of claims. You will manage warranty claims, billing for service and maintenance, and maintain accurate Full Maintenance equipment records while coordinating with the Senior Billing Coordinator.
You will document and track resolutions, prepare warranty parts for return, and assist with month-end tasks, invoices, and reports in a team environment.
Provide professional, timely, and responsive support to customers regarding warranty claims while effectively managing multiple priorities and responsibilities. Process Service and Full Maintenance invoices accurately and efficiently, assist with Service billing as needed, and maintain accurate and up-to-date Full Maintenance equipment records.
