Job summary

Gateway Industrial Power, Incorporated in Collinsville, IL is seeking a Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims, invoicing, and records. You will verify agreements, maintain service records, and aid the service and warranty team with clerical tasks to ensure accurate billing.

The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, and communication skills. Candidates should be detail oriented and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 2+ years of invoicing and clerical experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing and filing warranty claims in a timely manner.
• Assist the Service Manager and warranty department with invoicing.
• Verify warranty and maintenance agreements for accurate customer billing each month.
• Assist with filing and maintaining service records as needed.
• Support the service and warranty department with clerical needs.
• Prepare billing invoices for customers and maintain service records.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable on receipt/invoice questions.
• Answer customer questions in a timely and courteous manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
