Volvo Group in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Warranty & Service Intelligence Analyst to turn warranty, repair, and service data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards, analyze claims, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve warranty outcomes and customer uptime.

You will translate business questions into analytical solutions, develop forecasts, and support continuous improvement initiatives across Volvo Group brands in North America.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in data analytics or warranty/service analytics.
• Experience building decision-support dashboards and data models.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data validation and modelling.
• Ability to communicate insights to business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, writing, presentation, and project-management skills.
