Job summary

Volvo Group North America is hiring a Service Market Engineer within the Uptime and Customer Support organization. You will proactively coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure repair strategies are feasible in the service market, driving service solutions that minimize downtime and speed repairs for our customers.

You will develop and source documentation for recalls, campaigns, service bulletins, and warranty issues, and support the Quality Warranty Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level engineering degree; mechanical preferred.
• 2+ years in truck OEM or automotive environment.
• Strong customer perspective and communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Proactively coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure repair strategies are feasible.
• Drive service solutions to the service market to minimize downtime and speed repairs.
• Support recalls, campaigns, and service bulletins communication.
