Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking a Data-Driven Warranty Analysts Lead to collect, synthesize, and analyze data to uncover trends and emerging issues affecting customer vehicles. You will develop comprehensive problem statements and support cross-functional teams with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field indicating strong technical foundation.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Engineering, Quality, or Manufacturing.
• Experience with data analytics and strong communication skills for executive-level meetings.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a high-intensity environment with multiple projects.
• High proficiency in verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Collect and synthesize data on complex problems to identify trends and issues from customer feedback and operations.
• Analyze over-the-air vehicle data to support technical analysis and solutions.
• Support reviews with suppliers and engineering/quality teams for data-driven insights on design quality issues.
• Contribute to improving the quality level of customer vehicles to meet ambitious quality objectives.
• Demonstrate analytics and responsiveness to data-driven quality requirements.
• Support cross-functional decisions on customer-facing issues based on data.
• Assist in creating field solutions based on data analysis for top warranty issues, recalls, and service updates.
