Job summary

Forest River, Inc. is seeking a customer service representative to support dealers and customers in a fast-paced environment in Indiana. The role focuses on providing phone, email, and written support, processing parts orders and warranty claims, and assisting with cross-training within the department.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach while learning product knowledge from frame to final assembly.

Qualifications

• Intermediate computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office programs


• Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV, Buss or Commercial Vehicle parts, or an understandingof electrical/technical systems


• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills


• A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network


• Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given
