• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Warranty Reimbursement Administrator

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay: $35-$38 per hour

Are you an analytical professional with automotive warranty experience and a passion for solving complex problems? We are seeking a Warranty Reimbursement Administrator to support the warranty operations of a leading automotive manufacturer. In this role, you'll review and process dealer requests for warranty labor rate and parts markup increases while ensuring compliance with established service policies and procedures.

You’ll evaluate the financial impact of dealer requests, provide guidance on warranty-related concerns, and help identify policy issues that may affect dealers and customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, making informed decisions, and collaborating across multiple teams to improve processes and service quality.
