Job summary

ABB in Florence, SC seeks a Quality Customer Service professional to resolve post-sale requests, warranty issues and claims. You will analyze trends in the claims process to drive continuous improvement and coordinate with Sales and Operations for timely resolutions.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, this onsite role supports ABB's ELSE division, contributing to high customer satisfaction and robust quality processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering.
• 2-3 years in Customer Service in Quality/Engineering.
• SAP experience and ISO awareness.
• Knowledge of 8D problem solving and CFR basics.

Responsibilities

• Resolve post-sale customer requests/complaints/disputes with Sales, Operations and related teams.
• Track disputes and coordinate faster resolution with involved functions.
• Provide solutions for customer claims and coordinate with teams for containment, returns, credits or debits.
• Collect and archive documentation for requests/claims/disputes and close in systems within scope.
• Report and monitor KPIs related to warranty costs and customer complaints.
• Analyze trends in the claims process to highlight repetitive failures for improvement.
