Responsibilities

• Focus on defined targets such as inventory turns, on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score.
• Process orders by coordinating with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics and others to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and orders and resolve issues.
• Support after-sales service by resolving customer issues using commercial tools.
