Master’s Transportation is seeking a detail‑oriented Warranty Program Manager to lead the warranty program across Master’s Motors and related operations at the Kansas City facility. This individual contributor role designs policies, workflows, and documentation standards, guides claim determinations, and coordinates with production, engineering, and suppliers to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of warranty administration or related experience.
• Experience reviewing detailed documentation and making well-supported decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple claims and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Review and process warranty claims from Master’s Motors.
• Evaluate repair docs, invoices, photos, parts info, and service records.
• Determine coverage based on warranty terms and limitations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for documentation and resolution.
• Identify recovery opportunities with manufacturers or suppliers.
• Maintain organized electronic claim files and tracking tools.
