Job summary

Master’s Transportation seeks a proactive Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims, vendor interactions, and policy compliance. You’ll collaborate with over twenty OEMs and suppliers to optimize processing and ensure accurate, timely resolutions.

Based in South Kansas City, this in-person role requires strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset to support internal and external customers and maintain high-quality warranty operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement warranty policies and procedures.
• Oversee daily warranty operations, filing and tracking claims.
• Analyze warranty data for validity, accuracy, and trends.
• Inspect defective products and gather documentation.
• Maintain warranty databases for reporting.
• Liaise with vendors and manufacturers to resolve claims.
