Job summary

Master’s Motors in Kansas City, MO seeks a Warranty Program Manager to own the warranty program and develop policies, workflows, and documentation while collaborating with departments. This is an individual-contributor role with hands-on ownership.

The role oversees claims from receipt through resolution, coordinates with manufacturers for recoveries, and partners with Accounting, Production, Quality, and Engineering to ensure timely, well-documented decisions.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of relevant warranty/claims experience.
• Ability to review documentation, investigate issues, and make well-supported decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple claims and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn warranty, service, accounting systems.
• Ability to collaborate with department leaders while maintaining independence.

Responsibilities

• Review, investigate, and process warranty claims submitted to Master’s Motors.
• Evaluate repair documentation, invoices, photos, parts information, and service records.
• Determine coverage under warranty terms and document approvals or denials.
• Identify recovery opportunities and coordinate with manufacturers or suppliers.
• Coordinate with Accounting on reimbursements, credits, and balances.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Service to improve warranty procedures.
