AMH in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Supervisor, Warranty to lead the Warranty Purchase Order Specialist team and ensure best practices for purchase orders, installation, and repairs under warranty. You will manage high-risk work orders and train vendors to AMH specifications.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3–5 years in vendor negotiation/analytics, 2+ years supervisory experience, and experience with Yardi, SharePoint, and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in vendor negotiation or analytics preferred.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Experience with Yardi, SharePoint, and CRM systems.
• Advanced Excel and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Warranty Purchase Order Specialist team and ensure best practices for POs, installation, and repairs under warranty.
• Manage high-risk work orders and ensure trade partners capture photos to meet specs.
• Provide vendor training on AMH specifications and installation standards.
• Audit purchases and drive process improvements in PO lifecycle.
