Qualificações

• Warranty experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.

Responsabilidades

• Verify and validate incoming warranty requests from all divisions at MPSW.
• Maintain active log of warranty activity using Zendesk.
• Administrates collection and return of all manufacturer-required defective components.
• Administrates inventory items used for warranty purposes and ensures proper stock replacement.
• Monitors pending credits due from the manufacturer and oversees billable warranty charges.
• Files electronic warranty claims with the manufacturer.
