Job summary

Arrow Building Center, Lampert Lumber and Lyman Lumber Companies, divisions of US LBM Holdings, LLC, are seeking a Warranty Service Coordinator to collaborate with Installation and Service Technicians, vendors and staff to schedule work, maximize completions and minimize days out, ensuring on-time delivery of products and services.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment maintenance, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with customers and vendors, and using multiple portals to manage

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years office administration and/or millwork experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Confidentiality in handling sensitive information expected.

Responsibilities

• Track and complete preventative maintenance on paint line and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues with equipment.
• Coordinate with Installation and Service Technicians, customers, and vendors to maximize completions and meet schedules.
• Utilize multiple customer portals to coordinate and manage warranty service requests.
• Report on service status to sales and managers, including daily notes entry.
• Maintain paperwork and parts delivery for next day scheduled services.
• Coordinate with internal departments to replace parts on order for customers.
• Provide input to supervisor for updates of departmental procedures.
