Job summary

Great Outdoor Cottages, LLC. is seeking an Operations / Service / Warranty Coordinator to manage day-to-day warranty activities and provide administrative support.

You will be the primary contact for warranty requests, research solutions, assign service work, monitor costs, and ensure timely follow-through with homeowners and contractors. The role supports quality improvement by identifying recurring issues, maintaining operational systems, and assisting with purchasing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, warranty administration, customer service, operations, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating contractors, repair technicians, or field service activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warranty calls and emails with timely, professional communication and follow-up.
• Research, evaluate, and troubleshoot warranty issues to identify causes and next steps.
• Track warranty requests from receipt to resolution, maintaining records of status, costs, and actions.
• Coordinate service appointments, repairs, parts, and resources to complete work.
• Maintain records of service repairs, photos, invoices, and completion details.
• Monitor outstanding requests and follow up to ensure timely completion.
• Identify recurring or avoidable expenses and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
