Job summary

Arrow Building Center, Lampert Lumber and Lyman Lumber Companies, divisions of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking a Store Manager to direct daily store operations, sales, service, purchasing and manufacturing to maximize productivity and profitability.

You will lead managers and supervisors, oversee inventory, safety, budgeting, and customer relations, ensuring on-time delivery and quality. 3–5 years of management experience in a related industry is required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store operations and personnel, with a focus on productivity and profitability.
• Knowledge of building materials and dimensional lumber products preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost-control skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to train and develop managers and supervisors.
• Safety leadership and compliance with workplace policies.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates daily store activities, resolving issues and ensuring smooth operations.
• Assigns and trains managers and supervisors; directs performance and reviews.
• Monitors inventory levels and ensures timely replenishment and profitability.
• Oversees safety programs and conducts regular safety meetings at the store.
• Develops schedules, budgets and plans to meet sales and service goals.
• Maintains customer relations and resolves complaints to mutual satisfaction.
• Reviews reports on sales, expenses and productivity and makes improvements.
