Job summary

Imagination Homes is seeking a Warranty Service Manager to oversee the post-construction phase of our homes and ensure homeowner satisfaction. You will manage the warranty process, visit homes to address concerns, determine eligibility, and coordinate repairs with subcontractors.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining warranty records, and upholding quality standards while managing a budget and guiding team members.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resilience under pressure, dealing with negativity and confrontational situations in a professional manner.
• Self-starter with excellent time management, scheduling and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable holding subcontractors accountable for quality and making independent decisions.
• Experience in the home building industry and/or home repair is helpful, but not required.
• Experience managing budget/costs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Respond quickly and accurately to warranty concerns.
• Visit homes to inspect issues and determine warranty eligibility.
• Coordinate and schedule all warrantable repairs with contractors and homeowners.
• Hold contractors accountable for results and ensure completion of repairs.
• Maintain records of issues and resolutions in the warranty database.
• Instruct customers on home maintenance and what is not warrantable.
