Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, Data Science, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of warranty and service operations experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to develop and execute warranty, service, or operational strategies that support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, quality, field operations, IT, dealer support, and third‑party partners.
• Strong understanding of automotive warranty administration, dealership operations, and customer service processes.
• Experience managing warranty claim processes, policy enforcement, and dealer‑facing communications.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify trends and drive solutions.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across all organizational levels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive warranty strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead day-to-day Warranty Operations including claim adjudication and systems maintenance.
• Manage warranty claim processing, policy enforcement, and dealer communications.
• Streamline dealer claim submission and adjudication to reduce burden and improve accuracy.
• Oversee warranty policy management, budget, and Warranty Contact Center operations.
• Manage vendor contracts and third‑party partner performance against KPIs.
• Provide guidance on warranty policies to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with quality engineering, field ops, and dealer support to identify trends and corrective actions.
• Drive customer experience improvements, including Fixed First Visit (FFV).
• Produce dashboards and metrics to monitor warranty performance for leadership.
• Mentor and develop team members to strengthen capability and accountability.
• Promote continuous improvement and cross-functional problem solving.
