Stellantis is seeking a strategic Warranty Manager to lead warranty excellence within the North America Technical Services team. This role requires balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution, driving sustainable process improvements and data-driven decision making to enhance dealer and customer satisfaction.

You will influence engineering, quality, field operations, IT, dealer networks, and third-party partners, ensuring consistent warranty practices, and improving claim processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, Data Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of warranty and service operations experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs across engineering, quality, field operations, IT, dealer support, and third‑party partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and develop practical solutions.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive warranty strategy that supports business objectives, warranty excellence, dealer efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead day-to-day Warranty Operations activities including claim adjudication, system upgrades, and dealer communications.
• Manage all aspects of warranty claim processing, policy enforcement, and escalation processes.
• Streamline dealer warranty claim submission and adjudication to reduce administrative burden and improve resolution time.
• Oversee Warranty policy management, including budget oversight, and Warranty Contact Center operations.
• Manage vendor contracts and third‑party performance with KPIs and accountability.
• Provide guidance on warranty policies to internal and external stakeholders across the organization.
• Collaborate with quality engineering, technical service, and dealer teams to identify warranty trends and implement corrective actions.
• Drive customer experience improvements focusing on Fixed First Visit and standardized best practices.
• Develop reporting dashboards and performance metrics to improve warranty visibility for leadership.
