Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of relevant experience in automotive aftersales or supply chain.
• Strong process improvement mindset with a track record of streamlining operations.
• Experience working with logistics partners and dealers across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives across the regional P&A team and drive more efficient ways of working.
• Define and steer high-level supply chain and logistics strategy for the PDC.
• Own parts and accessories pricing strategy and warranty cost reduction.
• Collaborate with HQ Warranty Team to align parts and warranty during fleet warranty period.
• Manage vendor and logistics partner strategy, warehousing expansion, and cost reductions.
• Liaise between global HQ, the Americas team and vendors to identify risks and savings.
• Identify technology and systems improvements to support P&A and warranty strategy.
• Oversee cross-functional programs, including dealer parts initiatives and stock accrual.
• Report on spend, purchases, quality and cost; monitor network performance metrics.
• Develop and administer Dealer Parts Performance metrics.
• Review and improve warranty, accessories, and spare parts claim processes with HQ and regional teams.
• Develop and mentor the Parts & Accessories Distribution Specialist.
