Kia of Fort Myers is seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our Fixed Operations team. You'll be responsible for preparing, submitting, and tracking all Stellantis/CDJR warranty claims to ensure compliance and support our service and parts departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Stellantis/CDJR warranty administration experience required.
• Strong understanding of Stellantis policies and documentation needs.

Responsibilities

• Process, submit, and track all Stellantis/CDJR warranty claims.
• Verify technician documentation aligns with Stellantis warranty requirements.
• Monitor and report monthly warranty performance.

Skills

CDK experience
