Job summary

Thermo Bond Buildings LLC seeks a Warranty Manager to oversee day-to-day warranty and customer service cases. You will collaborate with leadership and legal counsel on internal and external responsibilities and coordinate scheduling and processing of warranty resolutions.

The role requires travel, strong technical understanding of products, and excellent communication. A bachelor’s degree and manufacturing experience are preferred to drive customer satisfaction and scalable warranty operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or at least 4 years’ experience in manufacturing positions.
• Extensive experience with construction and manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Schedule and manage site personnel to meet customer needs.
