Job summary

Array Tech, Inc. seeks a Manager, Warranty to lead warranty operations across its solar tracking systems installed base. You will oversee case management, field support, and cross-functional issue resolution, reporting to the Senior Manager, Field Services.

Ideal candidates bring strong technical knowledge, customer focus, and leadership experience to drive warranty excellence and support product improvement, while coordinating with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
5+ years in warranty management or field service in industrial or energy sectors.
2+ years leading technical teams.
Experience managing escalations and complex issues.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day warranty operations and resolutions.
Develop Warranty Specialists and Field Technicians.
Monitor warranty metrics and costs.
Own warranty case management in Salesforce and SAP.
Coordinate field resources for inspections and actions.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Supply Chain to identify root causes.
Prepare and present warranty performance reports to leadership.
Ensure safety during field activities.
