Array Tech, Inc. seeks a Manager of Warranty to lead warranty operations across our solar tracking systems installed base. You will manage case pipelines, develop field staff, and drive root-cause actions with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Product Management, and Reliability.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, customer escalations, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with warranty obligations. Travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in warranty management or field service operations in industrial/manufacturing/renewable energy.
• 2+ years leading technical teams and handling escalations.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP) and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warranty operations and ensure timely resolutions of customer issues.
• Develop Warranty Specialists, Field Technicians, and support personnel.
• Monitor warranty performance metrics: response times, aging, closure rates, satisfaction, costs.
• Own warranty case management in Salesforce, SAP, and related systems.
• Coordinate field resources for inspections, troubleshooting, and remedies.
