Job summary

Porch Group is seeking a Head of Operations, Warranty to lead two core functions—claims operations and contractor network management—and scale our home-warranty business with a focus on process excellence, cost control, and regulatory compliance.

You will build a high-performing team, establish KPIs, and partner with Accounting, Product, and Legal to drive performance and customer outcomes across the US.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in warranty or service operations leadership.
• Experience managing claims lifecycle and contractor networks.
• Proven ability to develop SOPs, backlogs, and SLAs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and SOX requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Warranty Operations team across claims and contractor network, setting direction and ensuring high performance.
• Oversee end-to-end claims lifecycle and ensure policy alignment and compliance.
• Drive KPI-driven performance with monthly reviews and reporting.
• Ensure audit readiness and SOX compliance across claims processes.
• Oversee systems/tools and SOPs to standardize and scale operations.
