Job summary

Sun Design Remodeling is seeking a Warranty & Home Services Manager who acts as the face to past clients, protecting their investment and identifying opportunities for ongoing services. You'll oversee warranty work, price Forever Home Care projects, and grow recurring maintenance programs while mentoring a technician and coordinating subcontractors.

You’ll need strong service, sales, and relationship skills, plus the ability to drive proposals and ensure exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in service management, estimating, or small-project sales is desirable.
• Ability to diagnose homeowner concerns and recommend practical solutions.
• Comfortable discussing money and asking for the sale.

This is not a typical handyman position.

We're looking for a professional who can confidently meet with homeowners, diagnose issues, create solutions, sell and price home maintenance projects, coordinate resources, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

You’ll oversee our warranty program while growing our Forever Home Care service division through ongoing maintenance services, seasonal maintenance agreements, and small improvement projects for our past clients.

What You'll Do

As the Warranty & Home Services Manager, you'll be the face of Sun Design for many of our past clients.

You'll help homeowners protect and maintain their investment while identifying opportunities to provide additional services that improve their homes and lives.

Your Responsibilities Include:

This Role Is Part Service Manager, Part Sales Consultant

Success in this position requires someone who is comfortable discussing money, setting expectations, and asking for the sale.

You should be able to:

• Listen carefully to homeowner concerns
• Diagnose underlying issues
• Recommend practical solutions
• Explain pricing confidently
• Gain clients buy-in
• Close small service projects
• Follow up consistently

You don't need to be a high-pressure salesperson.

You do need to be comfortable having honest conversations, presenting value, and helping clients make decisions.

Experience with service management, estimating, or small-project sales is highly desirable.
