Improveit Home Remodeling is seeking a Senior Service Technician to join our 5-Star Service Team. The role focuses on obtaining field measurements for new installations and performing warranty services, with emphasis on punctuality and reliable appointment completion.

Applicants should have 5+ years of residential remodeling experience, including window installations and bathroom projects, strong English communication, familiarity with iPad and mobile apps, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience in residential remodeling including windows and bathrooms.
• Ability to accurately take measurements and translate them into applications.
• Strong customer service mindset focused on quality and results.

Responsibilities

• Obtain measurements for new installations in the field.
• Perform warranty service visits for customers.
• Maintain a preset schedule and complete 2–4 appointments per day.
• Interact directly with homeowners to ensure a 5-Star service experience.

Position Overview

The Senior Service Technician plays a key part of delivering on our promise of a 5-star experience and interacts directly with customers. The 5-Star Senior Service Technician works in the field obtaining measurements for new installations and performing warranty services. Holds the appropriate amount of concern and focus regarding being on time for each appointment and completing two to four appointments per day, on average.

Required Skills:

• General knowledge of residential construction and basic home improvement and maintenance.


• Ability to accurately take window and bathroom remodeling measurements and translate those into a variety of applications.


• Strong verbal communications skills (English literacy)


• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing workloads.


• Familiarity with iPad usage, mobile smart phones, and business/technology applications.


• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on quality and results.


• Ability to maintain a preset schedule of job assignments.


• Well-organized and on-time for each appointment, without exception.


• Self-starter, efficient, productive, works well with a team.


• Valid Driver’s License.

Qualifications/Education:

• 5+ years of construction experience in the residential remodeling industry with experience in window installations, bathroom remodeling, lite plumbing, electrical and items associated within a bathroom.
