Job summary

Dek's Decks is seeking a Warranty & Service Coordinator to manage warranty requests from intake through resolution. You will inspect sites, document findings with photos, and coordinate repair crews and manufacturer claims to ensure quality repairs.

The role emphasizes precise documentation, diplomacy with homeowners, and a direct line to ownership on quality decisions. A valid driver's license is required, and a competitive compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction service, warranty, or punch-list management.
• Able to diagnose deck framing, fastener, decking, and railing issues.
• Excellent documentation habits and follow-through.
• Diplomatic under pressure with upset homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Intake, triage, and schedule all warranty and service requests.
• Inspect on site, determine root cause, and document findings with photos.
• Coordinate repair crews and manufacturer material claims.
• Track warranty trends and feed fixes back into our build standards.
• Close every ticket with a satisfied homeowner and a review request.
