Betenbough Homes is seeking a Warranty Coach to lead field coaching for the Warranty team, develop training content, and drive root-cause analysis of recurring issues. You’ll partner with Builders, Managers, and Trade Partners to implement durable solutions across regions.

The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, data‑driven decision making, and building scalable training that elevates homeowner outcomes and warranty performance.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching and developing others in a field setting.
• Ability to analyze field data and translate insights into action.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop the Warranty team in the field with hands‑on coaching.
• Own Warranty training content, certifications, and delivery (in‑person and online).
• Identify recurring issues and trace them to root causes with data and field observations.
• Work with Builders, Construction Managers, Trade Partners, and support teams to implement solutions.
• Strengthen Warranty processes and cross‑region consistency.
