Job summary

Shea Homes Active Lifestyle Communities seeks a Warranty Specialist to manage all customer service activities for the Warranty Department, providing leadership, coordinating processes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

You will mentor teams, resolve homeowner issues, oversee scheduling, safety, and cost management, and develop positive relationships with TradePartners while maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
• Strong MS Office and Shea operating systems skills.
• Proficient business writing abilities.
• Understanding of warranty programs and manufacturer warranties.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain proactive communication with homeowners and internal customers.
• Manage and resolve customer issues within company goals; communicate progress.
• Review surveys and reporting tools to understand trends and adjust actions.
• Educate homeowners on care and maintenance of their home.
• Ensure execution of daily scheduling and timely paperwork.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with TradePartners and suppliers; approve invoices.
• Oversee safety program and ensure each site is left clean.
