Job summary

Betenbough Homes is seeking a Warranty Coach to lead coaching of the Warranty team in the field, develop training content, and drive continuous improvement across regions.

You will analyze warranty data, identify recurring issues, partner with Builders, Trade Partners, and Support teams to implement durable solutions, and help elevate quality and homeowner satisfaction.

This full-time role involves travel between sites, hands-on coaching, and building repeatable learning resources.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of residential construction and an understanding of how design, specifications, sequencing, trade work, and inspections affect the finished home.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, train, or develop others through hands-on feedback and practical learning.
• Comfort working with data and reporting tools, including the ability to identify trends and communicate findings in a clear, useful way.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and drive change with people who don’t report directly to you.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate challenging conversations while maintaining healthy working relationships.
• Ability to move between detailed problem-solving, people development, and broader process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop the Warranty team with hands-on field coaching around technical skills and customer-first decision making.
• Own Warranty training content and certifications for in-person and online learning.
• Find recurring issues by analyzing warranty data and field observations; identify root causes.
• Trace issues upstream through the build to determine origin and ensure durable solutions.
• Work with Builders, Construction Managers, Trade Partners, and support teams to implement fixes.
• Strengthen warranty systems, data quality, and adoption of better tools and processes.
• Create consistency across regions by sharing best practices and guiding Warranty meetings.
