Job summary

Homes by WestBay is seeking a Warranty Representative II to plan, organize and direct warranty activities for assigned homes in Riverview, FL. The role involves coordinating on-site warranty work, supervising field staff, and ensuring completion on schedule and within budget.

You will be the primary customer contact during the warranty process, conduct 30-day and 11-month orientations, and work with the Construction Manager to explain the warranty process.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Working knowledge and experience with production homebuilding warranty.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct the warranty of assigned homes.
• Coordinate and oversee all warranty activities to achieve 100% completion on schedule, within budget and in conformance to plans and standards.
• Be the customer's primary point of contact during the warranty process.
• Perform 30-day and 11-month orientations with customers.
• Attend New Home Orientation with Construction Manager to describe warranty process.
• Direct all trades to achieve completion of scheduled tasks on time and in conformance with plans.
• Enforce company safety policy with trade partners.
• Communicate relevant information to the customer clearly.
• Resolve complex issues with occasional guidance from the Warranty Manager.
• Manage all customer post-closing meetings as outlined in HBWB Process Manual.
• Interact with coworkers, clients and vendors in a courteous, friendly manner.
