Job summary

Homes by WestBay in Tampa, FL is seeking a Warranty Representative II to oversee warranty activities for assigned homes. This on-site role requires coordinating field teams, conducting 30-day and 11-month orientations, and ensuring warranty work is completed on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver's license and experience with production homebuilding warranty; HS diploma required.

Valid Driver’s License.
Working knowledge and experience with production homebuilding warranty.

Responsibilities

Perform 30-day and 11-month orientations with customers.
Attend New Home Orientation with Construction Manager to describe warranty process.
Coordinate and oversee all warranty activities to achieve 100% completion on schedule, within budget and in conformance with plans, specifications and standards.
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant information to the customer.
Resolve complex issues on your own with occasional interaction with the Warranty Manager when the issue may impact delivery of the Mission.
Manage all customer post-closing meetings as outlined in the HBWB Process Manual.
Enforce company safety policy with trade partners.
Command respect of customers and vendors through consistent delivery of commitments and expectations.
Exhibit tact, consideration, and patience in difficult situations.
Interact and communicate clearly with coworkers, clients and vendors in a courteous, friendly manner.
Approach sudden, unexpected challenges effectively with confidence.
Direct all trades to achieve completion of scheduled tasks on time and in conformance with plans, specifications and scopes of work.
