Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of general office experience.
• Proficiency in Oracle, JD Edwards, or PeopleSoft a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to builders, homeowners, subcontractors, and branch team via phone, email, and in person.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.
• Respond to warranty requests per standard procedures.
• Coordinate schedules of parties involved and schedule repair jobs.
• Maintain documentation of all warranty related communications.
