Job summary

Inchcape is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Clerk to join the Service team in Tamuning, Guam. You will process and manage warranty claims, ensure accurate documentation, and submit claims in compliance with manufacturer and distributor requirements.

The role involves collaboration with Service Advisors, Technicians, OEM partners, and the Accounting team to support efficient warranty administration and customer service.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in warranty administration, dealership administration, or a related administrative role.
  • Basic automotive knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process, submit, and reconcile warranty claims accurately and in accordance with manufacturer and distributor requirements.
  • Review repair orders and supporting documentation to ensure warranty claims meet OEM guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Research, follow up, and resolve unpaid, rejected, or outstanding warranty claims while coordinating with OEM partners and internal departments.
  • Maintain organized warranty records, service documentation, recall information, and manufacturer bulletins.
