Responsibilities

• Manage warranty claims from distributors and customers for timely, fair resolutions.
• Assess claims and initiate investigations to resolve problems or liability.
• Complete warranty documentation for accurate data analysis.
• Facilitate movement of parts to support field technicians.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Manufacturing and Purchasing to resolve malfunctions.
• Resolve disputes to maintain sound customer relations.
