Job summary

Ingersoll Rand seeks a Warranty Administrator based in Quincy, IL to manage warranty claims and liaise with customers and distributors. You will assess and resolve warranty issues, document data for trend analysis, and coordinate with Engineering, QA, Manufacturing, and Purchasing to fix product malfunctions.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in technical aftermarket service, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate internal and external resources. Travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical customer service experience in aftermarket support.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer relation skills.
• Ability to interact with internal and vendor resources to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty claims from distributors and customers for timely, fair resolutions.
• Assess claims and initiate investigative action to resolve problems or liabilities.
• Complete warranty documents for accurate data recording and trend analysis.
• Support GD Field Service Technicians by facilitating movement of materials.
