Job summary

CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking a Warranty Administrator to process manufacturer warranty claims, reconcile vendor payments, and maintain accurate records to support timely warranty recovery, while aiding efficient fleet maintenance.

This onsite role in Cedar Rapids offers hours Mon-Fri 8-5 with some flexibility, pay $20-$24/hour plus benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warranty claims processing or parts administration.
• Attention to detail, strong organization and communication.
• Ability to review data and reports to identify trends.
• Office environment; lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Submit warranty claims to vendors with proper documentation.
• Process vendor payments and follow up on short-pay.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and shops for claim information.
• Monitor warranty trends and recalls.
• Review repair history to identify additional warranty opportunities.
• Assist in auditing labor time against SRT times.
• Maintain audit-ready warranty documentation.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
