CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking a Warranty Administrator to process manufacturer warranty claims, reconcile vendor payments, and maintain accurate records to support timely recovery for our maintenance fleet.

You will collaborate with internal shops and external vendors, monitor trends, and ensure documentation quality while upholding CRST's standards of reliability and client service. This role is onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in warranty claims processing or related admin role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams.
• Knowledge of data entry and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Submit warranty claims to manufacturers with complete documentation.
• Reconcile vendor payments and monitor chargebacks.
• Coordinate with shops and vendors for repair information and parts returns.
• Monitor warranty trends and recalls to ensure timely processing.
• Review repair history to identify potential warranty opportunities.
• Maintain audit-ready warranty documentation and records.
