Job summary

Allura USA in Houston is seeking a Warranty Claims Specialist to manage product warranty claims from intake to resolution, reviewing documentation and evaluating against warranties and installation requirements. The role collaborates with Customer Experience, Technical Support, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal.

You will track claims, prepare clear communications, coordinate inspections, and ensure confidential handling.

Qualifications

3+ years in warranty administration or claims handling.
Strong written communication and customer service skills.
Ability to read warranties and technical documents.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and deadlines.
Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook; SAP/CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive and track residential and commercial warranty claims from intake to resolution.
Review submissions; request photos, invoices, and installation records as needed.
Coordinate inspections and technical assessments with internal/third parties.
Prepare written claim summaries, findings, and recommendations.
Communicate with homeowners, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Maintain complete electronic claim files and generate metrics.
