Job summary

ABB is seeking a Warranty Project Manager to coordinate warranty processes for Electrification Solutions. You will act as the main customer interface, overseeing claims from submission to final resolution, coordinating with vendors and field technicians.

The role is hybrid, based in Houston, TX or Lake Mary, FL, with ~25% travel and rotating on-call duties. A BS in engineering and 3+ years of related experience are preferred, with strong English communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in electrical/energy/mechanical engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact for warranty issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Review and validate warranty claims per contractual terms and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Manage purchase orders and maintain detailed project records while complying with HSE standards.
• Collaborate with Quality teams to analyze warranty trends, costs and performance.
