Job summary

Mainely Tubs is seeking a Warranty Specialist to manage the warranty claim process from submission to resolution and to act as a key liaison among customers, internal teams, manufacturers, and vendor partners. The role requires strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach.

The ideal candidate will proactively follow up on claim status, parts, approvals, credits, and resolutions, ensuring accurate, efficient, and professional handling of every claim.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, service coordination, warranty administration, claims processing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to follow up consistently and see issues through to resolution.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Professional, confident, and customer-focused communication style.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn company-specific software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the warranty claim process from initial submission through resolution.
• Serve as a liaison between Mainely Tubs customers, internal teams, manufacturers, and vendor partners.
• Follow up with manufacturers and vendor partners regarding claim status, parts, approvals, credits, and resolutions while keeping customers informed.
